Where are we shipping from?

All orders are processed and shipped from Beaumont, Texas.

Where do we ship?

As of 2023, we only ship to the Continental USA.

All orders over $50 receive FREE shipping!

Spend $50, receive free shipping! All orders with standard shipping will ship in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will process once payment and address verification has been received. Orders placed before 1pm will ship the same day. Orders shipped with standard shipping will arrive in 3-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be sent via email once the package has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase from Estella! If you are looking to return or exchange any item, please read below.

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, makeup free, perfume free, and smoke free. Original tags must be attached.

For online orders, to begin the return process, please email maryclaire@estellatx.com with your full name, invoice number, and product you would like to return. Once your return has been approved, place the item back in its original packaging with the printed invoice. At this time, the price of the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received, you will be refunded within 24-48 hours.

For in person purchases, please review the return policy on your receipt from the store. If you are eligible for return, please stop into the store. All in person purchases are eligible for full refund or exchange. We will not issue store credit.
